In the world of a SCAVENGER, anything is a tool, a material, or a surface. SCAVENGERS know that anything can be made into art, creating a world based on community resource rather than exclusion. This exhibition is a celebration of outsider artists who don’t rely on the systems in place in order to create. They can bring their passion anywhere and everywhere, in turn bringing art to anyone and everyone.
